土工膜在國內(nèi)礦區(qū)土地復墾工作中作用？土工膜在國內(nèi)礦區(qū)土地復墾工作中作用及土工膜產(chǎn)品起到隔離、防滲作用。土工膜特性：
1、物理力學指標高：拉伸強度可以達到27MPa以上；斷裂伸長率可以達到百分之700；
2、化學穩(wěn)定性好：土工膜具有優(yōu)異的化學穩(wěn)定性，耐強酸強堿腐蝕；
3、防滲系數(shù)高：土工膜具有普通防水材料無法比擬的防滲效果，水蒸汽滲透系數(shù)K<=1.0*10-13g.cm/c cm2.s.pa。
4、施工快：采用熱熔焊接，焊縫強度高，施工方便、快速。HDPE土工膜與無紡土工布界面剪切性能試驗采用大尺寸直剪儀,研究填埋場復合襯墊系統(tǒng)中,HDPE光面和糙面土工膜(GMs),在干燥、潮濕狀態(tài)下與無紡土工布(GTs)界面剪切性能。試驗結(jié)果表明,光面土工膜在較小的剪切位移即出現(xiàn)峰值強度,而糙面土工膜需要較大剪切位移才能出現(xiàn)峰值強度。不管是光面土工膜,還是糙面土工膜,與無紡土工布界面均具有明顯的應變軟化特性。糙面土工膜界面剪切強度比光面土工膜高,同一種界面,在潮濕狀態(tài)下,由于吸力的存在,界面剪切強度比干燥狀態(tài)下高。通過對界面剪切強度進行線性擬合,得出剪切強度參數(shù),提出填埋場穩(wěn)定性分析中,如果界面處于潮濕狀態(tài)下,粘聚力可忽略不計。
土工布阻隔煤矸石中重金屬遷移實驗煤矸石淋出液中的重金屬元素會污染底部土體和地下水。引入國外礦區(qū)復墾應用成熟的土工布技術,選取聚乙烯丙綸、滌綸針刺、滌綸復合土工布和HDPE土工膜4類土工材料,采用室內(nèi)柱狀淋溶實驗,初步研究土工布對煤矸石淋出液中重金屬的阻隔作用。
結(jié)果表明,4種土工布都不同程度地降低了淋出液中重金屬的含量。其中,聚乙烯丙綸和滌綸針刺土工布降低重金屬Cr的效果較好,濃度低于對照23.7%~33.5%,總量低于對照36.2%~50.0%;HDPE土工膜和滌綸復合土工布對重金屬Pb和Cu十分有效,濃度低于對照17.0%~21.1%,總量低于對照22.9%~26.8%。同時,土工布吸附了大量的重金屬,淋溶柱中重金屬的殘留量降低。聚乙烯丙綸和滌綸復合土工布吸附Cr的能力較高,滌綸針刺土工布吸附Pb的效果較好,滌綸針刺土工布和HDPE土工膜能大量地吸附Cu。研究可知,土工布的種類多,功能強大,在國內(nèi)礦區(qū)土地充填復墾工作中將有廣闊的應用前景。 Plastic geocell, by a one-way drawing the strip of plastic grid sheetconnecting clamp, connecting clip for a double structure, connected together at one end, a connecting hole is arranged, the other side is corresponding to the positioning bolt, a set of grid chamber material of two two interleaved, connecting clamps compartment sheet connection site, the positioning bolt is inserted into a connecting hole in the fixed grid sheet welding joints, so the grid chamber material connected together, a group of connecting bar plastic grid sheet along the sheet perpendicular to the direction of expansion, forms a grid shape three-dimensional lattice room.
